Movie makers love to dress Toronto up like other places: Tokyo, Washington D.C., Paris, New York, anywhere it seems as long as it's not actually Toronto. Scarborough movie vehicle specialist Peter Cullingford has a parking lot full of New York taxis, police cars, buses, ambulances, and fire trucks.
